What is a Modular Cleaning System?

The CST Modular Cleaning System is a combination of a "Universal Cleaner" (i.e. Builder) and a "Wetting Agent" (i.e. Booster) to provide an answer to virtually any cleaning problem you could be confronted with. These Modular Cleaning Systems are highly concentrated liquids and cover the entire pH-range for alkaline cleaners. All components can be added by dosing units automatically to optimize your cleaning lines.

A Quick Look at the CST-SurTec Cleaning System
The Builders consist of various pH ranges depending on the type of substrate you are cleaning.

pH 7-8 Neutral CST-ST 131
pH 8-9 Weak Alkaline CST-ST 132
pH 8-10 Alkaline CST-ST 136
pH 10-14 High Alkaline CST 138

The Builder is combined with CST-ST 086 for spray applications or CST-ST 089 for soak applications.

Universal Cleaners (The Builders)
CST-ST 131 Liquid recyclable cleaner, silicate free component for all subsrtates with high dirt dispersion capacity. Especially suited for delicate materials.

CST-ST 132 Liquid recyclable cleaner, silicate free, weak alkaline component suitable for all substrates. Used in combination with appropriate emulsifying/demulsifying wetting agent component.

CST-ST 136 Liquid recyclable cleaner, silicate free, mild alkaline component for iron, steel and copper alloys. Used in combination with appropriate wetting agent.

CST-ST 138 Liquid recyclable cleaner, silicate free, highly alkaline component for iron, steel and brass materials used in conbination with appropriate wetting agent.
